• Upload harmful, illegal, or infringing content
• Attempt to bypass platform security or access restrictions

Jobvana reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Jobseekers

Jobseekers are responsible for:

• The accuracy of their profiles and resumes
• Communications with employers
• Decisions related to job applications and interviews

Jobvana does not control employer behavior or hiring practices.

6. Employers

Employers are responsible for:

• The accuracy of job postings
• Compliance with applicable employment laws
• Fair and lawful treatment of candidates

Jobvana may remove job postings that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

7. Subscriptions & Payments

Certain features of Jobvana may require payment.

• Subscription fees are billed as described at the time of purchase
• Payments are non-refundable unless required by law
• Jobvana may change pricing with prior notice

8. Intellectual Property

All content and materials on Jobvana, including logos, designs, and software, are owned by Jobvana or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, or distribute Jobvana content without permission.

9. Third-Party Services

Jobvana may link to or integrate with third-party services. Jobvana is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties
